Join for an informative, experiential and connecting experience to learn and reflect on the impact of our feelings: these deep currents that move and motivate us, hold us back or lead us astray.

This workshop leverages evidence-based tools in positive psychology, mindfulness, expressive arts and discussion-oriented learning to expand our emotional and body-based intelligence.

The workshop agenda is:

  • Sharing intentions of this workshop

  • Check-ins and introductions in circle

  • Education and resources on identifying nuanced feelings, recognizing how emotions feel in the body, and practices to move the energy

  • Guided expressive movement to practice body-awareness and intelligence

  • Experiential activities to safely release ego and connect with others

  • Group discussion and close

Chetna is a mixed media artist and creative wellness consultant. She's passionate about the power and healing of creative expression. Themes in her art, study and life include psychological reflection, affirmations, shadows, self-care and self-empowerment, motivation, collective consciousness and oneness with Mother Earth.

She has a Master's in Counseling Psychology from the Wright Institute in Berkeley. She's facilitated creative workshops in varied settings from academic contexts with adolescents and young adults, and with multi-generational and multicultural adults in intimate retreats . She specializes in using and teaching creativity as a pathway for healing, empowerment and community-strengthening.
