Our level of compassion affects how kind we are to ourselves and how kind we are to others;
it’s a soothing balm to our individual and collective suffering; teachers from the Dalai Lama, Einstein and Mother Theresa to modern day scientists and researchers have revealed the significance
of self-compassion on our mental, physical and emotional health.
In this workshop, we’ll take the time to learn more about how compassion affects us internally and externally, we’ll learn a few potent and practical tools to cultivate compassion, and most importantly, we’ll practice with ourselves and others.
