Saturday, October 3rd from
10am - 11:30am MST / 12pm - 1:30pm EST
via Zoom (link to be emailed after donation is received,
shortly before the start of the class)
This yoga class is themed on "being like water",
allowing the vast qualities of water to be our muse.
We'll bring attention and flow to our sacral chakra for
our creativity, homeness in our bodies and our mental, emotional
and physical flexibility.
This class is for all bodies
Given that this class is facilitated digitally via Zoom, participants are welcome to
turn off their cameras or leave them on; this requires sufficient communication about
what your body needs, and active listening to what your own body wants
throughout the class
We offer kind, gentle guidance and adapted asana/posture modifications, though you are the master teacher of your own body
This class is donation-based, any amount is appreciated
Once we receive your donation, we’ll email you the Zoom link shortly before the start of the class
