This workshop is open to womxn and invites us to reclaim the practice of discipline as self-empowering versus self-punishing. We’ll check-in on our inherent power to commit and act, learn how to set smart and actionable goals, clarify and embody our intentions moving forward, and walk away with a crafted and impactful tool to keep ourselves committed and accountable in community.
Across two hours, we’ll expand knowledge on motivation psychology, empowered discipline and self-care; clarify ndividual commitments through writing and group sharing; craft a discipline/commitment chart with provided art materials; deepen into intention with a guided visualization and an embodiment exercise to feel into the posture of our disciplined selves.
