Workshop (Chicago): Practicing Compassion with Self & Others

  • Jarvis Square Pottery 1443 West Jarvis Avenue Chicago, IL, 60626 United States (map)

Our level of compassion affects how kind we are to ourselves and how kind we are to others;
it’s a soothing balm to our individual and collective suffering; teachers from the Dalai Lama, Einstein and Mother Theresa to modern day scientists and researchers have revealed the significance
of self-compassion on our mental, physical and emotional health.
